1.Holidays:

• SSCP creation:March 23 (There will not be work to do)

2. Servers:

The Governors and Mayors are in charge of the Seals servers and are responsible for everything that goes on in the Seals servers. The Governor of each server is suppose to send daily patrol groups through their server for protection. If an enemy is spotted in a Seals server. That Governor must tell a Nacho Leader and keep the enemy from invading. The Governor may also send recruiting parties and do other fun things whenever they would like. The Governor may create a website to keep Seals and leaders updated with what’s happening on the server. The Mayor of the server may assist the Governor in whatever he is doing and fill in when the Governor is absent. The Governor and Mayor my only be in office for 4 months. When 4 months is up we will have governor elections again.

Servers

Looking…..

We control these servers, but we let allies come and citizens in. Anyone can come in, except groups of enemy armies. No one is allowed to set up a base there, unless we give them a Land Grant for a certain server. When we give a Land Grant, we still control the server, but the other army can control it also. If we go to war with that army, the Land Grant can be ended, and we get the server back. TO APPLY FOR A LAND GRANT FILL OUT THE FORM AT THE END OF THIS PAGE IN A COMMENT.

3.Government Laws

No governor shall give away their server without approval of  the Leader.

All governors are allowed to make changes and restrictions in their proper server.

All governors can declare a lock down of their server or the re-opening of their server borders.

A governor has the right to declare a detachment of troops to patrol or fight in their proper server.

A governor has the right to make server patrols and with permission of The Leader the may make a patrol force.

No governor shall bribe for their own personal/commercial gain.

4. Government:

The Seals have  a Democratic Republic. That means we are a mix between a Democracy (We elect our leaders) and a Republic (The people have a say, and we have votes for big decisions). Here are the ranks in the Government:

• President:????? This person can be impeached (fired from his/her position) if there is a unanimous decision by the Senate.
• Vice President:????? This person must be elected, but has no limit for the time he/she can serve.  The only way to get a new one is if the President fires him/her, or if he/she is impeached, with a unanomous decision by the Senate.
• Senator/Consulate:????? These people must be elected.  They can only serve for four months before becoming ordinary citizens or being elected again.
• Citizen (Soldier): Anyone who isn’t elected is a citizen.

When making big decisions, everyone votes, but the officials in the government have more influence in the end.

Secretary of Homeland Security: Monkey Ap – These people are in charge of getting Patrolls through at least once a day.  They make sure all Seals servers are patrolled.

Judicial Branch:

Shadow Seals State Court (Gold Court) - This is the Supreme Court.

The Justices:

They will make decisons that will ultimately go through the Government and the Leaders.

They are the highest court of law in Seals.

There will be:

5. Citizenship & Elections:

Citizens: To become a citizen, all you have to do is join. Here are a few rewards citizens get:

• Citizen get to vote.
• Citizens are more respected.
• And Much more!

Elections: To choose leaders, we hold elections. We hold an election every four months, and the winners get a rank in the Government. Here is what happens in elections:

• Everyone submits their name if they want to be elected.
• We hold several polls, and the winners from each poll go on to the next round (Semi-Finals). Anyone in the Semi-Finals is automatically going to have a rank in the Government.
• The two, three or four winners of the Semi-Finals go on to the Finals. Everyone else gets a rank in the Government. The lowest scoring people are Senators, the middle people are Consulates, and the winners are in the Final Round.
• If two or more people are proven to be good candidates after the elections, we will have another election. To win, we must have at least 30 people voting. The winner must win by two thirds. If not, the two, or even three top people get to be Senators.

  6. Allies:

If any of our allies are at war, we will do our best to help them, depending on the circumstances. If the war is between two allies, we will try to stop the conflict with diplomacy. If that fails, we will work to help whoever has the greater cause.
